Return / Swarp Policy
Change Of Mind Returns
Unfortunately we don't accept change mind return or swarp for any doors. Full refund will be provided if you cantact us to cancel the order before dispatching. For hardware orders, if you change your mind within 28 days after placing the order, AU Barn Door will provide an exchange (consumer pay the postage) or refund (without the delivery cost), 10-20% restocking fee may apply (for already dispatched orders, this fee includes the labour and freight protection material cost):
- Not including on sale product;
- Not include any barn doors and barn door package;
- Not including custom product;
- The items unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
- The item unopened, unused, undamaged, in its original condition;
- Customer arrange the returning shipment
Please contact us before sending back any items. Returning shipment must be arranged within a week after you contact us and we agreed the return
Other Returns
AU Barn Door will accept product returns or refund or partly refund for repair:
- Items damaged during transportation (we must be notified within 7 business days after the items were delivered or collected from the freight depot)
- Items lose during transportation (we must be notified within 7 business days after the items were delivered)
- Items damaged or lose by our faulty
- Forgot / no collection from freight depot caused returns (20% restocking charge + returnning cost will apply)
For returning a damaged/defective product which at our fault, we will response for the freight charge (For returning the faulty product and re-sending the replacement, but only to the receiving address on the original invoice/quote or );
Please note, check the product carefully before installation, as we are not responsible for any cost involved by the installation;
AU Barn Door Reserves The Rights to:
Check the condition of the returned items prior to provide refund or exchange, this may result the refuse of refund or exchange providing.
- The original AU Barn Door receipt or invoice or order emails is the best proof of your purchasing
- Refund will be processed by the original payment method
Online Orders
For online orders, please check the items' condition before signing the delivery proof. If the items were damaged please let the delivery driver know and take pictures of the damaged items and let us know wtihin 7 days. You will be requested to provide proof relevant to the damage is not your fault. We will work out a solution with you.
Under the Australia Consumer Law, for the returns please contact us for the return or exchange, to our Melbourne warehouse.
